industry, Sharlene has a broad background of instruction in many different classes
and populations. Specialized in proper
weight training techniques for total body fitness, she is also skilled in using water resistance for
exercise as well as rehabilitation. Her certifications include AFAA, NASM, ACE, Functional Movement Screening, Sports Conditioning, US Water Fitness International and the American Arthritis Association.
